Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays). Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Custom, special-order, personalized, or made-to-order items may require additional processing time. If your order requires additional time, we will contact you with an estimated completion date.
Shipping Methods
We ship within the United States using trusted carriers, including FedEx, UPS, and USPS. Available shipping options and rates will be displayed at checkout based on your order and destination.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can monitor your shipment.
Signature Required
For the security of your purchase, all shipments require an adult signature upon delivery. Please ensure someone is available at the shipping address to accept and sign for your package. Orders cannot be delivered without a signature.
Shipping Restrictions
We currently ship to addresses within the United States. Because all shipments require a signature, we cannot ship to P.O. Boxes.
Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
Once your order has been handed over to FedEx, UPS, or USPS, delivery times are outside of our control. Koehler's Jewelers is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances.
If your package is lost or significantly delayed, please contact us. We will gladly assist you in working with the shipping carrier to locate your shipment.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Please verify your shipping address before placing your order. Koehler's Jewelers is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer. Additional shipping charges may apply if a package is returned to us.
Damaged Shipments
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@koehlersjewelers.com or (215) 855-3627. Please retain all original packaging and provide photographs of the damage so we can assist you promptly.
